I think Peter / Anil / BRN should take up a legal stance in this matter with the AFR article .... as imo, it will show others involved in the press/media circles that Peter / BRN will not stand for this type of misinformed and /or questionable media publications ... put them on notice NOW I say ...so that they will think twice next time before printing other publications without firstly doing their DD and obtaining their inhouse legal opinions on printing such articles.
I would hope that Peter / Anil and BRN would at this stage seriously consider seeking senior counsel advice to nip such media publications in the butt now.
Maybe FF could shed some light on such an approach being taken.
