It does seem like the Mitro Family are rearranging their affairs as Velia and Cristina no longer appear on the Top 20 list and Robert Mitro's Living Trust is there no more..
Looks like they have moved to nominee companies to maybe mask a sale however Robert Mitro would have to declare as a substantial shareholder if his beneficial interest had changed.
I do note that Robert stepped down as CEO in 2015 due to personal reasons and has been a staunch supporter of PVDM over the journey even coming to AGM a few years back when times were tougher and he was just a shareholder
