WRT the quotes you posted - yes they all claim those things, and they may well be true. Directors (PVDM included) can get in big trouble for saying things that aren't true.
But all of these claims are PRIOR to Akida hitting the market.
Keep up the good research. Once you finish school and have some more time to read these things properly you'll find you quite quickly start to fill in all the blanks you're missing. You'll get there.
