Those little fountains you see see usually with coloured lights and a lamp to go on bedside tables are often used but the bladder thing would be a problem for me as well. Tinnitus gets worse with age so having something that would identify the exact pitch and remove the need for water would be excellent. In my opinion only DYOR.
