@shareman. …. There is a little technical , also legally binding, term called “PATENTS”.

Yes our friends in China will always try to dodge through the back door and copy where possible however it will always be our friends in the Western world through pure greed and non research that will purchase illegal technology from our Chinese friends, pay upfront prior to shipment, sell the product to retailers in the market place, all products are recalled from market, very quickly (normally within 2 to 4 weeks upon inception into the retail domain) our friends in China have their monies non recourse, and our western silly billies are left wearing all costs (huge losses) more astute ones have wisened up to the whole legal “PATENT” process.


Within different industries , fashion, trend, design, the crossover threshold is about 10% degree of difference, start talking technical terms in relation to technology/ pharmaceutical, totally different terminology…

FYI. Check out the little wee erect blue pill Pfizer and see how much it is still costing the company to date that overstepped the legally binding patent.
