I am not sure if an " IP Agreement " will need to be offically announced via an ASX announcement ...... as in my humble opinion, it will only equate to a ongoing commercial sale arising in the usual course of running a business which in it's own self right will be eventually disclosed down the track in the future 4C financial figures reports.....Accordingly, I suppose an IP Agreement will be announced only if and when the Co and the customer mutually agree/wish for it to be formally disclosed...
Maybe FF or BS may wish to make a legal comment on same and whether any NDA would/could cover such a situation.
