I do not believe that Regal are still there as the list is very inaccurate in other ways. The Robert Mitro holding is missing all together.
The amount said to be held by Regal is the same as when they were used to raise capital at the beginning of 2020 and they sold that down a long time ago. if they had acquired another holding of this size they would have had to file a notice as it would be more than 5%. So just a very dodgy list and should be ignored.
