a few thoughts on the potential FD SOI integration ... facilitates cheaper cost per bit production - utilises increased adoption across multiple fabs with little to no additional capex and significantly broadens the use case suite available to fab and fabless alike - increased improvement in the bottom line ( as ST Micro is currently demonstrating with its FD SOI silicon carbide through its manufacturing and product lines) additionally broadens BCs' the off-the-shelf video surveillance product specific software and customer 'end-user integrations and applications ...minimum input for maximum return = $$$
= edge adoption and cloud based integration becomes even more accessible to OEM customers with higher re sell ability = $$$
exponentially increasing IP licence revenue of the back of the above (SoC) also = $$$

exciting times for BC holders
( not a holder and shooting from the hip some what but the adoption around FD SOI is a very smart move - imo)
