I believe OTC is perceived to be a bit risky by the broader USA market.
IMO our promotional dollar would be better spent when we list on NASDAQ
I read somewhere that 2bil MC is required for NASDAQ listing
2:1 split ASAP before September news flow then 3.3b shares @ $0.60 should do it. IMO
