there are more restriction on listing ... i started to read up a long while ago, and found it all too much for me.
think there is requirement to have a certain amount of shareholders etc, not sure about the 2 bil, as would need a bit of a push to get there, with out tech, the US would have security concerns if not already so think we would be govern by ''outside influences' on our shareholdings.
