Hi Jesse,
I know that you have addressed FF with the question about contracts.
I have had the same question for a while.
It’s not as if we are selling a Tesla where the customer pays say $5k up front to seal the contract and then waits 2 years before they get their car.
It is more to putting an order in for 45 F18’s And waiting for them to build the things.
Once the contract is signed you are stuck with it, unless there is a a really big escape clause,
and hope nothing else comes along that will supersede it.
Let’s hope we are selling something akin to a F18 ( a one of and not much other competition ) and not a Tesla.
