these guys are a "competitor". But their patents are running down the Intel Loihi gauntlet, with citations and rejections etc.
its really hard to solve neuromorphic computing in a unique way when you have giants like IBM, Intel, BrainChip who have laid their paths before you
so the 3 year head start statement has been made after PVDM has obviously researched the other patents as they progress through these channels of citations.
