Generally yes, but I am sure it doesn't have to be reported to the market if $$$ is not involved. It may be next week, but as we know Brainchip keep everything tight, so it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't.
I am an AXE holder and they reported their renewing of their collaboration with IBM, but this information to report to the market was important for them as IBM is such an important resource for them.
Love the anticipation building here.
