The partnership is ongoing and does not require an announcement. I brought the complaints of some less scrupulous posters to the attention of Tony Dawe and indicated that I did not require a reply. I however received the following on 10 August, 2021 which as you can see authorises it to be released here should I so wish. As you have asked the question Jesse I see a reason to post:

Further tothe initial question concerning Magic Eye, I have spoken this morning to RobTelson and Ken Scarince and can confirm that Magic Eye is one of a growingnumber of companies that we have “partnership relationships” with. Thesepartnership relationships are all at various stages of maturity and intensity,and we won’t be providing a running commentary on the status of theserelationships.

If andwhen we reach a point where a material and/or price sensitive event hasoccurred in regard to a partnership relationship, we will of course disclosethat to the ASX as required, however as with most of these relationships thereis sensitivity over public disclosure that we must respect in order to earn andmaintain the trust and respect of our partners. Not all of thesepartnership relationships will prove fruitful, but that’s a normal part of anycommercialisation strategy.

Icertainly understand the frustration this causes our fellow shareholders, butthat’s the way it must be. I certainly cop the brunt of investorfrustration over these matters, but I’m OK with that. I’d rather have afew nasty emails from shareholders because they’re impatient for news andfrustrated that I’m not giving them what they want, than pandering to theirwhims and feeding them bullsh*t.
