A way out of left field point of view ... maybeTesla doesn't mention the name " Akida " as maybe BRN has a number of NDA's with Tesla and vice-versa for them not to mention OUR Co name or product without our expressed formal written consent to do so ... as it could possibly be price sensitive & confidential in nature as well as affecting our other potential customer relationships with other Auto manufacturer's / suppliers, NASA, DoD etc etc
