R, not sure why everyone is surprised. These guys are bankers. They're not interested in long term anything, but guaranteed, shot term profit. It is what it is. Once it plays out, then back to normal. Without an ann, we're in for a rocky road until the end of Oct. Buying opportunities will abound for believers. GLTA
