Yes, everyone on these threads knows BRN has amazing, groundbreaking tech. BRN has decided to make a call on LDA to sell shares on our behalf and they have a 10 day window to do it. The time for advertising what the company has to offer was in the lead up to the sale, not on the back end of it.
It's a bit simplistic but we get 90% of the price those shares sell for, the rest goes to LDA. Why would we release news and have the SP skyrocket after the shares have sold?
That's just shooting yourself in the foot.
