Had a quick look the the HY report.
"On 16 August 2021, the Company issued a Capital Notice to LDA Capital Limited and LDA Capital LLC (together “LDA Capital”) as per the Put Option Agreement (“POA”) dated 13 August 2020. The Capital Notice provided LDA Capital with irrevocable notice to subscribe for 8,750,000 shares (“Collateral Shares”) on 27 August 2021"
These contracts are as clear as mud. First time the 27th has been mentioned, the question now, is that the start of the 10 days or the end. With promotion starting to pick up I'm guessing this will be the starting date. More logical to promote a sale before it starts.
Would be closing out a short position asap if that is the case
