Both you and Branded have put up a very good question.
I am not sure if he is required under the transition period to follow the Directors reporting requirements on share sales.. I would imagine if he is no longer a director or the CEO in an official capacity he would not be required but a search of ASX rules/regs should answer these questions.
Maybe FF as a Lawyer can comment about this question perhaps?
