Hi all, this came from Ken.

I understand there was some confusion about where we would be with the chip in April. Everything we have discussed or released officially to the ASX makes reference to the company delivering it’s RTL to Socionext in December (02 December ASX Announcement) and Socionext tape-out or delivering the final product to TSMC in early 2021 to begin wafer fabrication. From there, the fabrication and testing will take 6-7 months, bringing us to late 2021 before chips are ready for customers. In the Q3 Quarterly Update we show a slide as follows: As you likely know from the recent IP sale, we are able to take orders right now for IP licenses. As far as any disruption to the strategy goes resulting from Lou’s departure, there is nothing critical that will be dropped in the transition. We worked well together as a team so there will be no loss of continuity or progress. As you may have noted, Lou has graciously agreed to remain very available and will assist all of us in the transition over the course of the next year.
