I am just wondering do share holders really want a take over, as the price
now is around 50 cents if a Company started to buy shares discreetly and
then after a few months starts buy shares aggressively and if the top 20
share holders decide to sell if the price by then is around $2, if the Company
get to own 80% we will have no choice but to sell, this happen to me with a
Iron ore Company called Atlas. Fortescue and Gina started buying all the
shares that they could and then Fortescue sold to Gina. the next thing us
Mum and Dad investors had to sell to Gina as she by then had 80% of all
shares. Gina end up getting our shares for 4.8 cents each, and by the time
the Iron Ore price went up to around $200 per tonne, one shareholder
worked out that if us retailers still owned them, each share was worth
around $1.20 each.
I really do not want this to happen to this Company and see the Mum's and
Dad's get ripped off like we were with ATLAS.
