All the guessing why he’s gone is unfair on him, nobody knows as I’ve stated earlier this week. It could be any of 100 reasons. Stop the speculating. Also why on earth would you want Branson as CEO? As someone who is light on knowledge on the product it strikes me as compulsory that the CEO have a background in the tech industry and preferably be across the product to a high level. Ultimately he’s no. 1 salesman for the company and you can’t sell something you don’t understand. It’ll be very telling when they appoint someone. If it’s someone we’ll regarded one the industry it will have a very strong impact on share price. If it’s a run of the mill character it’ll be detrimental. Assuming we are as close to commercialisation as you all say we are, I’d imagine a top level executive would be very keen to take the role.
