Agree, the Exec team confirm the tip of the iceberg and talk about the edge commercialising everything, which is great, however this is now known and there is a need to go further.

The fireside chat feels a bit like bunch of techies who are very clever, but lack the understanding or want to provide appropriate detail to describe the revenue growth plan and customer pipeline.

It feels like the usual tech specialist that lacks critical business acumen and focus, as well as the importance of stakeholder communications. It really bring home the need to ensure the CEO appointment has this primary skillset and not another techie. I am sure this will be rectified with CEO appointment and we move forward to commercialisation with transparency and urgency.
