Slade2020, you're bang on the money, with this making some BIG IP customers hold off on the ink..

Hey FactFinder, as far as making the deal only "happen" upon a certain event occurring, I think that's still problematic.
Because it sounds more like some/one apple of these potential IP customers, wouldn't want the fact that they are using AKIDA IP, ever to be disclosed..
Which is beautiful, in the fact that money will be rolling in while we continue to speculate, that "this product must have our IP"!!

So if that's the case, we need to know if there has been a precedent in not reporting the name of a customer and only the financial details, to the ASX.

This fact of mandatory disclosure, must be a huge pain to both Brainchip and our customers..
