Brainchip's tech was back-door listed into Aziana in I believe September or October 2015.
Prior to that Aziana was a dormant mineral explorer aka shell company so $0.01 in 2014 is not relevant as it predates brainchip.
Thought I'd clarify in case that was of any interest to you.
