It's interesting looking at the current Western Sydney University Research Projects. This is the same MARCS which had Brainchip listed as a collaborator but which has since been removed. They are doing a lot of neuromorphic research, and not strictly limited to cameras.
It's also interesting looking at their funding sources. It's almost all Defense funding. It may be worth researching Vijna Labs further, the only company from India that is also not a government company.
I've circled in red the research project of greatest interest. Sounds like Akida.IMO. There's also another regarding prosthetics, which we've heard mentioned a lot.
