And by the way as a result of the High Court decision I posted MF as the publisher of the two articles are equally liable for the malice and in fact as they have professional investment credentials or profess to have they would be a target for exemplary damages as well. I suspect in the past they have relied upon the fiction that the articles are independent opinions for which they are not responsible but the High Court has fixed that bul---t.
