Because Brainchip is on the US markets now, they will be required to file quarterly and annual reports, so (in my opinion) I think those reports that we will start seeing soon will have more influence over the stock price. Companies are allowed to set their own date when their annual report will be filed, but given that Brainchip filed one in December of last year, I assume they will keep that same schedule.

Thanks for reminding us about the quarterly report. I expect that will be required to have more detail than the Australian quarterly Appendix 4C.

I hold the original ASX:BRN BrainChip shares (via my Australian broker) but will put BRCHF on my watchlist in my US brokerage and keep an eye out for the reports.
