I can't remember if this was posted and I'm in two minds about whether to post it out of respect for Lou.

Back when former CEO Lou DiNardo stepped down, there was a lot of speculation about the reason behind it. Down rampers were out in force saying he had done something really bad, that he had done a terrible job in general and the company had fired him.
Mr Tech Laden then mentioned something about how Lou had burned his hand in an incident around Christmas time but he had been soldiering on for a while.

In the Stephen Foskett podcast there is a moment where LDN puts his right hand to his face. You can see very clearly that all of his fingers are burnt. He doesn't show his other hand in the video so it's not possible to see if that one was affected. This would no doubt be uncomfortable and disheartening on a daily basis. It's moments like these that make you question what you are doing with your life and to mentally check you have your priorities right. Life isn't all about work, there's other important things like spending time with loved ones etc. I think LDN deserves credit for pushing through as long as he did. I don't think he deserves all the criticism he was subjected to and overall he did a good job as CEO IMO.

Brainchip have been extremely professional in their dealings and have consistently been trying to do what is in the best interests of their shareholders. Even with Peter's recent sale of shares, he has been doing his best to not impact the shareholders and would rather take on the dilution himself. I have full confidence in the way they are operating as we just about to hit the exciting time of commercialisation.
