If you were Brainchip would you take the risk if a company say the size of Apple, Google, DELL, ARM, Intel, Nvidia, Bosch, Toyota, Tesla said this to you.
Would you as a shareholder want them to see if it was a bluff just so they could tell you via the ASX.
How would you as a shareholder feel if they called it as a bluff. Announced it on the ASX and a week later made a further announcement we are sad to inform shareholders that the earlier announced deal has been rescinded because we have been accused of breaching the NDA by announcing the deal on the ASX.
We could as shareholders band together and force an extraordinary meeting and vote for the company to call the bluff of all NDA companies they are dealing with and see what happens.
Personally if that did happened I would vote against it as I do not take those sort of risks anymore.
