Hi mate, I am not up with the latest. I flew direct from Hong Kong. But I was living in HK, had the vaccine, and required test. Was a tonne of paperwork and hoops to jump through. Direct to Phuket was the only option. Currently no one residing in Thailand outside of Phuket is allowed to visit the island. Worth keeping an eye on the latest requirements through the Thai consulate in Australia. They are trying to open up Thailand in October but not sure if that’s going to happen. Good luck. If you get to Bkk we could a have a beer together.
