Nebula is now in active use in every geography, automatically processing over 300 logs per month, generating spares kits across over 60 product lines, and continuously updating the parts inventory. Based on their existing inventory, CDS can rapidly assess what new parts need to be shipped to a given location, based on availability, functional equivalency (in case the original part is no longer in circulation), number needed based on failure modes, rates, and criticality, and based on how long it will take to get to its destination to meet service level agreements

In its financial results for the first half of 2021, CDS reported 24% revenue growth and a significantly increased profitability. “Nebula helps us streamline the entire planning process, delivers the right systems information to our support teams, and adds real-time intelligence to our global supply chain and logistics operation,” Chuck Cwirka, COO of CDS, said in a statement.

Nebula is joining the burgeoning market for predictive maintenance which, in addition to IT infrastructure and data center management, is improving operations in many industrial sectors.
