I don't see any way BRN can release anything that may affect the SP while the CEO is selling shares, especially now that we are trading below the minimum price he set. Can you image the reaction if news dropped tomorrow? There would be allegations that it was done to benefit the sale of Peter's shares. Even worse, what would be the reaction if Peter managed a higher sale price than BRN did last month?
Management has painted themselves in to a corner at the moment. Nothing they can do until the 30th.
