This is one of the reasons I don't like Peter being allowed to sell shares at this time. Too confusing as to who is selling what and when. The deadline for the put option agreement with LDA is the 22nd of Oct which is about 17 trading days once Peter's trade period finishes during the week (29th). BRN still have to raise around $5M to meet their POA obligation so will have to make a call on LDA very soon after that.
The 46.2 cents is the minimum price Peter would sell for, 42 cents is his after LDA take 10%. So no shares sold last week. Also a limit on the number of shares that could be sold each day (600K).
