JDelekto - I do not dispute this comment you made above, but question the implication Does the comment mean you think that all NDA's are being requested only by Brainchips customers?

See, one of my biggest concerns with NDA's at this stage of Brainchips evolution is that Brainchip may be the company requesting them to protect their interests. Or perhaps, the NDA's are two-way, with both sides wanting and agreeing to them which I believe is very plausible. If an early adopter company tries Akida and determines that it is not right for them, Brainchip would not like that decision to go public obviously. Especially the reason(s) why the early adopter company moved on without Akida, or with no relationship whatsoever having to do with Brainchip.

I totally agree with the rest of your post and heartily agree it (stock price appreciation) is all about (revenue growth and) earnings.

Finally, I believe that if quarterly revenue increases and earnings show growth and improvement, NDA's won't even matter to us in the future because NDA's will likely always be opaque and non stock price moving while earnings are transparent and will be hugely impactful to stock price.
