A good run down of this situation ..... that's why I had stated in my past posts that it was imo far better for LDN to take out a loan rather than have him buy and sell his current share holdings to fund the options situation ........
Just imagine the confidence and financial significance that this would bring back to the Co if LDN now held over 60 plus million fully paid shares .....
