With all due respect, you need to just relax. If you don't want to do a 30 second google search to find out about defamation law, then go and ask FF, who will also inform you that a company cannot generally bring an action for defamation.

Everyone has owned a stock which has been red for a period of time because it hasn't made any decent announcements and hasn't seemed to have made great progress. Sometimes those companies prove their worth and the SP takes off again, sometimes they don't.

But at the end of the day, the company and it's products are what drives the SP. People posting opinions on discussion forums don't impact materially on a SP.
