mate, if you know how read the broker report, you will find that market was calm about CEO selling a small portion of his shares.
Did you know the % of net sold volume done by shareholder other than peter, anil, lda and louis, since the 22nd of march where the sp was at 70+c ? Take a guess?
it is just funny that you have such a confidence in your conclusion without looking at basic evidence.
