F/F, as I said, ur the lawyer, I'm the mug. Good research. I'd say it settles our debate about whether LDN can sell shares right now, ( u win ), but also settles the theory of the founders selling a small proportion of their shares. WAY too much going on behind the scenes. Given that the founders hold just in excess of 25%, and the importance of that figure should a T/O rear it's head, I thought that scenario to be unlikely. Might get proven wrong on Monday, but I doubt it. PVDM and co will be well aware of how many shares they own in the scale of the co., and the power they wield. And that's as it should be.
