my thought- the fund wanna buy in at certain price 0.60 -(support or resistance)but they know Monday morning they probably won't get it , so they bought it from some one else who are willing to offer this price.
the seller- they are happy with the bid price and doesn't wanna hold long term .
so both of them -buyer or seller both in win win situation. you got your discount price , I got mine profit!
or , they want to buy it in lump sum. if buy in the market, they probably won't get 0.6-0.66 , as the amount of share they require can push the sp straight to 0.90 ?
my opinion only
any thoughts? people
I am wondering that once market closed, the after market transaction, is it consider as today trade or next trading day transaction?
because this may be a deal between the buyer and seller.
