Yes, this exactly. PVDM is undoubtedly one of the minds of our time in his field. I very much appreciate the opportunity that he has given me to become a part owner of his company, his life's work. He could have gone the VC route and none of us would have had a look in. Anil, Mr Chip, is at the top of his game. However, we need a career CEO from the semi conductor or related and industry. Not having one looks bad and has affected market sentiment. Sentiment is like 'good will' in any business. It is an intangible but worth heaps. The strategy has not been well communicated and this is where we are. The proposed 'superstar' CEO can not arrive soon enough. Onward.
