It's possible. Initially I thought it would go the other way around (as often happens).
Big slothful company takes over minion, forces new creatives to work in stultifying management system where they are under appreciated. Once the contractual time is over, the creatives leave with a lot of great ideas, plenty of motivation, and a lingering resentment of the slothful behemoth that thought it could buy them with false hope of freedom to create. In this scenario, if he comes across, he'll be bringing with him the wishes of many a disaffected intel client.
