The only answer I can give is I have not read or been told anything that excludes in a convincing fashion that Brainchip will not make a price sensitive announcement prior to Christmas.
I think the question that you should ask is ”Why will there definitely not be a price sensitive announcement before Christmas?” as there are a few posters who have stated as a fact that this will be the case WITHOUT any evidence.
Clearly though anonymous if people state something as fact they should provide proof.
