Intel, IBM are already having a hard enough time creating a neuromorphic chip that can compete

You think they will overnight be able to replicate this functionality? Let alone steal the intimacies of these innovations?

The competition is hard at work trying to develop this functionality themselves, even if they were willing to ignore the patent - they would still need to develop it themselves

    Good luck to them.

BrainChip is now worlds first commercial neuromorphic chip

What you don't understand is that by the time the original patents have expired, the neuromorphic technology underpinning these first chips will probably be so deeply ingrained into the market - the fact the technologies are no longer covered by a patent will mean these designs probably become the defacto standard. Any patent that has spawned from these original foundational patents will protect the useful functionality of the defacto standard.

What do you think the share price will be if these technologies are a competitive advantage to any conflicts with the CCP ?
Do you think IP protections will even matter in a situation like that?
