thanks, not an issue, I do follow all the posts and don't comment on the tech because it can be hard to explain how these things work. AI is so often misunderstood, an 'AI' chip is very simple, it just says that this thing is or isn't like the next thing. it doesn't know what 'it' is.

one shot facial recognition has the chip applying a unique class to a particular pattern of data presented to it. the strength of the system is that it is able to differentiate classes with more certainty and less fuzziness. it has more between classes. traditional CNN requires training to home in on a new class.

the only reason I've popped up this week is I'm playing with metaTF and it's fresh in the mind.

akida running natively is very different beast to the translating CNN to SNN.
