I think they would be looking for "expressions of interest" initially, before drawing up a shortlist. Will be a very hard job to find
someone who may be firmly embedded and paid accordingly with a large company, with probably more security at this point,
to move and take a chance on whether the fit is right. But it is critical to find that person who can have the company"s
best interests foremost and not their own, with all the experience, contacts and expertise who can lead a potential trillion plus organisation.
