I see what you mean, and have not been exposed to Walmart advertising, so have not been aware of the similarity.
But I still think the differing colours, the relevance to our concept and the actual divergence in the symbols is enough of a differentiator between our brands. I think it an apt symbol for us and unlikely to cause confusion in our respective customers.
But agree, that if it comes to a takeover fight then Och aye and AKIDA BALLISTA..... We will win!
