No.
By any reasonable definition, BRN is high risk.
It has yet to prove that any business sees commercial value in Akida and BRN generates significant financial losses each quarter.
It is speculative (and high risk) from both a commercial and financial sense.
If the big four banks are low risk, BRN is absolutely a high risk company.
