How is this statement to be understood ?:
"According to Intel, Loihi 2 has incorporated insights from three years of use of the first-generation research chip. In addition, it uses the advances in Intel's process technology and asynchronous design methods. Loihi 2's architecture is intended to support new classes of neuro-inspired algorithms and applications."
Would a connection between the two different IPs of Akida and Loihi 2 be conceivable here?
Thinking about it makes you a little crazy ... it is due to my layman's understanding, as I do not have a technical professional background. But maybe someone else can judge it better?
