Very clever a trick question at the end of a long day but I will have to get up much earlier than 6am to be caught out.

The answer is NONE because BrainChip does not stock pile chips they run a just in time system.

The first office I rented when I went into practice was 1,000 square feet and I hoped to one day to be successful enough to fill it so I have some idea how big 10,000 square feet of office space is that is why I called it huge.

Consider this. It will not be used for storage. It will not be used for manufacturing as Brainchip sells IP which takes no space and Socionext & TSMC do the manufacturing of their chips.

So this space is for staff, desks and test benches so it can accommodate about 100 staff.

If you allow for the fact that presently Brainchip world wide currently has 50 employees total this is a massive growth in just one location in the USA.

This is double the current number of world wide employees.

It was said earlier this is a huge step up for a company that has not even bought ergonomic desks and chairs to save costs in the office where the brain of the company resides in Perth WA.

Unless big things are happening 10,000 square feet is definitely overkill.
